Delivery and Proofs
Most black print print personalisation orders
are despatched within 5 working days of proof approval, orders with
front personalisation and logos may take longer. Please see individual
designs on our site for up to date delivery estimates. We aim to send
all proofs and reproofs within 1 to 2 working days. Unlike many of
our competitors we are backed by an experienced team of designers
who will typeset your proof by hand so if you require a special layout
after receiving your first proof then simply click on the interactive
link on your pdf proof and tell us how you wish the layout to be.
We will continue to reproof free of charge until you are happy to
approve to print.

Pricing
Pricing Excludes VAT at 15%. A VAT receipt is issued after placing
your order.

Payment
We have a number of options available at checkout. Choose to pay online
by debit or credit card via RBS Worldpay (part of the Royal Bank of Scotland), Google Checkout or Paypal.
Alternatively, you can choose to pay by Invoice We will process your
order, send you an instant acknowledgement and then follow up with a
full invoice and professionally typeset proofs within one working day.
Request amendments to your proofs as many times as you like and when
you are ready to approve them then the invoice can be settled by cheque,
BACS, debit or credit card and we will release your order immediately
into production.
