HOW TO VIEW DIFFERENT RANGES & DESIGNS OF CARDS
We have over 250 differerent christmas card designs and you can view
the different designs by selecting an album from the left hand menu.
We have also classified designs by theme to group together cards of
a similar style, and Price band so that you can easily locate our
cheapest Corporate Christmas cards
The minimum order is 30 cards or calendars - the number of items
ordered will be rounded up to the nearest 10. To adjust
the number of cards of each type you have ordered, go to the view
basket page, change the quantity in the box provided and click on
the recalculate button.
When you have selected all the items that you wish to purchase, click
the customise button at the bottom of the shopping basket page. You
will be able to customise the message and appearance of each card
you have selected.
HOW TO ORDER
Ordering your Corporate Christmas Cards with us couldn't be easier.
For 2011 we have made the whole process even simpler so that we can
offer our fastest turnaround ever.

Choose the cards you want to order. Add them to your shopping
basket

Decide how many cards you want and where appropriate which charity
you would like to support.

Customise your cards with your name and address and a message.
Choose one of our standard messages or write your own message.
With selected Christmas Cards designs, you can upload (or email)
your logo to be incorporated into the cover design or provide
your company name.
- Choose whether you would like us to print a logo (Black and White
or Colour) inside your card and whether you would like us to print
signatures.
- Tell us where to deliver the cards.
- Pay for your Order using debit or credit card or ask us to send
you an invoice with your proofs. You can buy your cards
online in complete confidence. Choose either RBS Worldpay, Paypal or Google Checkout's secure servers. No credit card details are stored on
the website.
NEED A PRICE?
To obtain a price for the quantity of cards you require add your selection
to the basket. If you want to view prices for a different quantity,
change the quantity and hit the recalculate button. To view this years

PERSONALISATION DETAILS
All our Corporate Christmas Cards are fully personalised with your
choice of greeting and company name. We send you a proof by email
to check the layout and spelling etc and you can request as many changes
to this proof without charge until you are happy for us to print.
E-mail addresses if required in your personalisation are normally
printed in lower case with no spaces. e.g. example@msn.co.uk
STANDARD GREETINGS
The online ordering process allows you to choose from one of the 8
Greetings below or add your own greeting. If you have a specific layout in mind then please contact us because we can accomodate most requests. If no choice of greeting is indicated we will print
greeting No.1 in all cards. Calendars will be printed with greeting
No.5. It is standard practice to print your address centred at the
foot of the card page where possible.
TYPEFACE AND INK COLOUR
Choose from one of 10 typefaces and 5 Ink Colours. We can also print
your greeting in one of 3 foil colours.

FRONT OVERPRINTING AND LOGOS
Cards that offer the company name overprinted in foil or a logo on
the cover are indicated on this site and in our brochure. There is
no additional cost. Your name(s)/Company name will be foiled on the
front of these cards in the typeface and font as shown. Some cards
allow you to upload your colour company logo to be printed on the
front of the card ( see below for Artwork Information). If your card
has front overprinting or logo on the cover we will send a proof of
the card front and the personalised insert.
YOUR COMPANY LOGO PRINTED INSIDE THE CARD
We can print a high quality black and white version of your logo on
your personalised insert for an additional £20.00 or a full Colour Logo(s) for £50.00
You can upload your logo as part of the ordering process or email
it to us after placing your order. If you do not have a digital version
of your logo (see below for artwork specifications) then send us a
company letterhead or compliment slip and we will produce a high resolution
digital scan free of charge.
SIGNATURES
Signatures - no problem. There is an additional cost of £20.00 for us to print your signatures inside the card. This
cost covers any number of signatures and because one of our design
team will typeset your proof by hand we will produce a layout that
looks as natural as possible. If you have lots of signatures they
will be spread around the greeting. We ask you you to write your signatures
on a clean, uncreased white sheet of paper before scanning. Don't
worry if the page doesnt look crisp white after scanning we can remove
these imperfections for you. As always, you will receive a proof of your
wording with any logos and sigantures in place and you can request
changes to this using the interactive links on your pdf proof.
ARTWORK SPECIFICATIONS
Please supply your logos and signatures with a minimal resolution
of 300 dots per inch (dpi) in one of the following formats, jpg/jpeg,
pdf, tif/tiff, eps, bmp, or png files. Unsure ? Don't worry because
our experienced designers will typeset your proof by hand we will
let you know if there is a problem with your artwork.
CHARITY CONTRIBUTIONS
A charity contribution of 10p (inc VAT) is made to the charity selected
or its trading company for every personalised Christmas card or calendar
purchased.. When a card or calendar is chosen to support the help
group of charities, a similar contribution, i.e. 10p is made to Helpcard
Holdings Limited. Helpcard Holdings Limited is a company owned by
the 'Help' group of 33 charities and has covenanted to distribute
its distributable profits to them in proportion to their shareholdings.
CHARITY LOGOS
When you order personalised Chritmas cards or calendars, simply select the charity of your choice. All cards or calendars
chosen to support the Help group of charities will feature the Help logo
only. For cards, the charity logos are printed opposite your personalisation
details, whilst for calendars, they will be printed above or below your
personalisation details.
CARD INSERTS
We supply a high quality insert in all cards as standard.
DESIGN REFERENCE DETAILS
The title and an acknowledgement are usually printed on the reverse of the card with a
discreet barcode and reference number.
ENVELOPES
White easy-seal envelopes are supplied with cards and folding calendars from all ranges.
PROOFS
A layout proof by email is supplied free for every order. Delivery
lead times commence from the date the proof is approved.
DELIVERY
All UK orders normally take approximately 5-7 days up to the end of
November, from receipt of all your details. During December the lead-time may reduce. Please check with
us for updates on the current delivery times. Orders cannot be accepted
after Thursday 12th December 2010. For overseas orders please allow
up to 3 weeks for delivery to Europe and 3 - 4 weeks for delivery
to the rest of the World.
QUALITY
Whilst every effort will be made to supply the products exactly as shown, we must reserve the right to substitute materials as necessary.
However, it is our policy to improve standard specifications.
